Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Customized, stitched, clearance, and sale items are not eligible for returns unless received damaged or incorrect.

Exchange

  • We offer size exchange subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
